Connect your AI app to Cretia
Use your business data from an MCP-compatible AI app. You choose its permissions, and it can never exceed your own access in Cretia. An active subscription is required.
Connect with sign-in
- In ChatGPT or Claude, add a custom MCP connection. Availability depends on your plan and workspace settings.
- Enter this server URL and choose OAuth authentication:
https://api.cretia.app/mcp - Sign in to Cretia, select your organization, review the requesting application, and choose its permissions. Read-only access is selected initially.
- Approve the connection and return to your AI app.
For Claude Code, run:
claude mcp add --transport http cretia https://api.cretia.app/mcp
Then open /mcp in Claude Code to sign in.
Other agents and scripts
Create a key in Cretia → Profile → Agents and API keys. Give it a name and choose its permissions. Save the key when shown; it is displayed only once.
Use the same MCP URL with the HTTP header Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY. Keep the key in your client’s secure connection settings. API keys expire after one year.
OAuth currently accepts Claude and ChatGPT clients. Other MCP clients can connect with an API key if they support custom headers. Apps without MCP require an adapter.
Try it and manage access
- “List my services scheduled for today.”
- “Show my outstanding invoices.”
- “Summarize my open quotes.”
Revoke any connection or key from Profile → Agents and API keys. Revocation takes effect on its next request. Connected apps expire after 90 days without a token refresh. Changes to your permissions apply on every request.
Write permissions let an agent change real business data; email permission may send messages. Customer accounts retain their company and location restrictions and cannot access the organization mailbox. Flow editing and the internal assistant’s memory are not exposed.
