Delete your account

If you have a Cretia account, you can request account deletion and removal of your associated personal data at any time. Below we explain how to do it and what happens to your information.

How to request account deletion

Send an email to hello@cretia.app from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete account”. To verify your identity, please include:

  • Your full name.
  • The name of the organization associated with your account, if applicable.
  • The email address you used to sign in.

Once we verify your identity, we will process your request and confirm when the deletion has been completed.

What data we delete

When processing your request, we remove the personal data associated with your account, including your profile, login credentials, and personal information you provided within the application.

What data we retain

We may retain certain information when the law requires it, such as tax and billing records, during the retention period required by applicable legislation. This data is deleted or anonymized once that period ends.

Timeline

We will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days after verifying your request, except for information we must retain by legal obligation.
